BID NOTICE
The Medina County Hospital District, Hondo, Texas, is seeking sealed bids for the renovation of an existing 4300 square foot building at Medina Regional Hospital, 3100 Avenue E, Hondo, Texas 78861. The renovation consists of demolition and general construction to renovate an existing building to serve as a new Administration Building.
Click links below for the plans on the new Administration Building. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 22, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.
Sealed bids will be accepted at Medina Regional Hospital, 3100 Avenue E, Hondo, Texas 78861 from Thursday, September 5, 2024, through Monday, September 9, 2024, no later than 5:00 P.M. Formal Bid opening will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. in the Board Room
The Medina County Hospital District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
