4 important dental tips

Replace your toothbrush at least three times a year. A worn toothbrush does a poor job.
Use proper form. Angle your toothbrush 45 degrees to your gums. To clean behind your front teeth, tilt your brush vertically.
Get checkups. See your dentist for regular cleanings.
